The Glorious Guest House - ideal for families and friends
The Glorious Guest House has 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with baths and showers in each.
It's enchanting, modern and tastefully decorated with woodburner and private secluded outside dining tables and chairs. A real home from home, and newly carpeted in summer 2024. Newly installed 4000 sprung mattresses in every room.

The Cosy Coach House is the perfect bolthole and hideaway
This fabulous little holiday cottage contains 3 double bedrooms. There is one bathroom on the first floor between the top two bedrooms. This cottage is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children and has a fabulous range cooker for those cooked breakfasts or family roasts!
The lounge is 8 metres by 5 which means that some of the family can be reading in an armchair, others computing on the desk and the rest chilling on the sofas enjoying the flames of the woodburner or watching a good film.
High speed internet makes On-Demand TV easy and with Freeview there is access to all the top channels.

Romantic Rose Cottage because you did promise her a rose garden!
Romantic Rose Cottage has 2 double bedrooms; one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The upper bedroom has a large bay window with magnificent views over the Suffolk countryside.
There is a Yoga Studio in the grounds where we can organise your own private Yoga teacher or Barre Fit instructor.
In August we have a Barre Fit and Contemporary Dance teacher providing complimentary sessions every Tuesday at 10. We also have a Yoga Teacher offering complementary yoga sessions on Sundays at 9.
The kitchen has a range cooker (with 2 ovens and 5 hobs), and American fridge, a washer/dryer.

Fairytale Swan Cottage for a dreamlike getaway
Fairytale Swan Cottage has one double bedroom with and luxury bath as well as shower room
This is where you come to switch off, drop out and discover another you! This really is a cosy romantic hideaway in the middle of nowhere but still close to Aldeburgh, Southwold and the famous Shingle St beach.
The bath in the bedroom will add a little luxury to reading the Sunday newspapers!

The Grounds
Plan of our 75 acre grounds
The cottages are surrounded by 75 acres of our grounds. These are laid out as a new forest and grassland. We are managing this land in order to create a diverse wildflower haven for birds and bees.
There are lots of places to picnic and BBQ. We provide some portable fire pits to allow you to make a safe fire where you wish.
It takes about an hour to walk around the border. Dotty our Sprocker Spaniel will show you around if you are up for a walk!
